Jamie has over 20 years of experience, with 15+ in senior management, leadership and board positions. He’s worked with organizations from 10 to 2,000+ staff and led teams of up to 160 people in global locations, for both commercial and non-profit entities. He’s typically worked at the confluence of research content, products, technology and commercialization. 

His career has been in part defined by the partnerships and collaborations that he has brokered and managed. Investing significant energies in understanding inter- and intra-organizational dynamics, he has successfully increased partnership performance, increased innovation and improved strategic relationships. He dislikes nothing more than the term ‘vendor’ and the damage it can do to hard-won trust. 

Having led significant growth and change programs, he understands the value of creating and developing high-functioning teams, and that this process is often accelerated when facilitated. In his workshop facilitation practice he focuses on ensuring team engagement, ensuring all voices are heard and building trust and accountability. 

He’s a committed lifelong learner and enjoys bringing new thinking and approaches to his colleagues.
